Your covering letter should contain the following details:

1. Your full name or pen name.
2. Postal address, telephone number, email address.
3. The estimated word count of your complete manuscript.
4. A synopsis of no more than 500 words.

Content:
When submitting your work, please ensure that the content is entirely original and has not been previously published. We are specifically looking for stories designed for children between the ages of 5-12, particularly in the realm of general fiction, fairytales and fables.

Languages:
We only accept English and Arabic written works.

Exclusivity:
We are committed to providing a platform for fresh and innovative storytelling that has not been used elsewhere. As part of this commitment, we kindly request that authors submit their work exclusive to our platform and refrain from simultaneous submissions to other publishing houses. We value the dedication and effort that goes into crafting each narrative and believe that each submission deserves undivided attention.

Human Written:
To maintain the authenticity and creativity, we do not accept submissions that are generated or authored by artificial intelligence (AI). We believe in the power of human imagination and endeavor to showcase original works crafted by human storytellers. As such, we kindly request that all submissions be the product of human creativity, excluding any content that has been primarily generated by AI or similar technologies. Thank you for helping us preserve the spirit of human storytelling on our platform as we look forward to exploring the wonderful world of your stories.

Timelines:
We solely consider submissions that are received during our designated announcement periods. Submissions will not be reviewed when the submission window is closed. Please expect a waiting period of approximately one to three months, depending on the queue of submissions.

Royalties & Rights

• The publishing house retains full control over book design and/or title.
• Seven Sands Publishing will secure 100% copyright ownership.
• Authors will receive royalties as per below:
  • Ebook: 20-25%
  • Hard-copy: 10%
  • Soft-copy: 5%
• Royalties will be distributed to the author every 6 months.
